to help you prepare for a rejuvenating and transformative experience at the retreat.

Where should I fly into?

Cancun, Mexico. The resort is a 45-minute drive from the airport. 

How can I arrange my transportation from the airport to the resort?

Although for logistics reasons we won’t be able to take care of that part of your trip, we will help you find the right option for you and your budget. A private taxi shuttle is about $120USD each way. It will be our pleasure to help you coordinate with other women coming to the retreat.

What time do we start on the first day?

Ideally, you would want to arrive to the resort by 4pm EST on October 5, 2024.

Can I come with my spouse or a guest?

You can but your guest will need to pay for his portion of the accommodation. Note that we won’t accept any guests in our private workshops and sessions. 

Will I have private time with Vanessa during the retreat?

Yes, everyone will have a private 45-minute High Frequency Creation Session with Vanessa. This is a time to review your vision, create a new offer, brainstorm ideas on your branding and marketing, etc. You can use this time to ask any question. The schedule for these meetings will be sent a few days before.

What is the payment schedule?

You can either pay your retreat in full or consecutive equal monthly payments* upon reservation of your spot OR follow this payment schedule:

- Upon confirmation: $1,600 USD Deposit to reserve your spot (of which $500 is non-refundable)
- May 15, 2024: $1,600 USD
- June 15, 2024: The final balance of $2,577 USD is due

*NOTES: 
- The option to pay in 3 equal consecutive payments will be available until April 15, 2024.
- The option to pay in 2 equal consecutive payments will be available until May 15, 2024.

Failure to respect a payment may result in you loosing your spot and your deposit.
